PROCESSING TIME
Orders are processed within 1-2 business days of purchase. You'll receive a confirmation email once your order is on its way.

DELIVERY ESTIMATE
Estimated delivery is 7-14 business days for all destinations we ship to. This is an estimate, not a guarantee - occasional delays can happen once a package leaves our hands.

SHIPPING COSTS
Standard shipping is a flat $8 AUD. Orders over $75 AUD ship free.

WHERE WE SHIP
We currently ship to Australia and a number of international destinations. If your country isn't available at checkout, we don't yet ship there.

CUSTOMS AND IMPORT DUTIES
For international orders, any customs fees, import duties, or taxes charged by your destination country are the customer's responsibility and are not included in the order or shipping price.

TRACKING
Where tracking is available for your order, we'll email it to you once your order ships.

LOST OR DELAYED PACKAGES
